What payment methods are supported?
We currently support Credit card and crypto currency payments.

How does renewal work?
You can either add a Credit Card or top-up your balance with crypto currencies. If your balance does not suffice, we will inform you via E-Mail as soon as possible.

What crypto currencies are accepted?
We accept the following crypto currencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDC (on the Ethereum network ONLY!). The current exchange rate to Euro is applied and then added to your account balance.

When is my billing date?
We bill on the 1st of each month. If you subscribe mid-month, you will be billed the daily pro-rata cost until the start of the next billing cycle.

How is usage billed?
Any usage exceeded your included quota will be rounded up to the nearest billable unit. For example, if you are using the Professional plan and use 50,001 CAPTCHAs, you will be billed 5€ base price + 1€ usage. You will always be billed at least 5€.

What happens if I exceed the 'Hobby' plan's included quota?
If you do not have a payment method registered and exceed your included quota, your sitekey will be disabled until the next billing cycle. If you have a payment method registered, you will be billed 1€ per additional 10,000 CAPTCHAs at the end of the billing period with a minimum payment of 5€. That means if you have used 50,001 solves, you will be billed 5€, the same if you had used 100,000 solves.
