If we’re having an outage or a widespread issue affecting a lot of users we will post an incident there.

If there’s an incident declared, apply the work-around posted, if there is no work-around available wait until we patch the issue!

Submit bug report

Clicking on Submit bug report will submit debug and error information to us, so we can take a look and fix the issue!

For this report we will collect, process and store information like:

  • the headers sent by your browser (mainly User-Agent)
  • the error stacktrace
  • debug information of the challenge

Normally we don’t collect or store this kind of information, so we’re asking for your consent just to be sure.
